Additionally you will receive current trends and up to date news/ information on the specific area you are interested in once your membership is confirmed. CUSTOMER RELATIONS – as a member you will have an allowance of 2 hours per month for direct phone conversation with a professional concerning your specific issue at no charge. For all additional time, you will get 50% discount off of professional’s normal rate. The professional will visit your site for one hour for all new projects at no-charge (allow 2 to 4 days for all one on one project site visits).
