The 3 Perspectives are EDUCATION, CUSTOMER RELATIONS, AND GCC PARTNERS. AS GCC grows your membership will grow in value but your yearly membership dues will not increase from the time you join as long as you renew on your membership anniversary.
GCC MEANING AND PURPOSE FOR THE 3 PERSPECTIVES:
EDUCATION– as a member you will receive your own personal email that you will use to have 24 hour correspondence with GCC professionals of your choice. A GCC professionals will respond to all your questions within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email. ALL GCC professionals have a minimum of 20 years’ design experience in their profession for commercial and residential development. GCC will assist the member in the most effective approach on how to capitalize off of raw land or commercial property of interest based on current and upcoming trends in the industry. GCC will always inform the member of Green Engineering alternatives and ecological friendly approaches.
GCC will support member on best approach and planning on small projects as well; any remodeling project less than $50,000.00.
GCC will provide member with current building and zoning codes for their particular jurisdiction. GCC will be assessable to give knowledge directly to the consumer that will yield them the confidence to manage the job themselves instead of paying overhead rates that will cause the price to skyrocket. We are confident that as a member once you complete your project you will have gained additional equity in residence and/or commercial facility with less expenses.
If time is a problem for managing and planning GCC will assist you as a member on developing a sound summary of quantities that one can bid out for local contractors that would consist of all the terminology locally. This will allow the member to prepare a sound budget of actual projected costs for particular project and receive local service at a competitive price. GCC will assist the member in evaluating the local contractors to determine which one is best suited to meet the members objective that will yield the “Winning Factor”.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS– as a member you will have an allowance of 2 hours per month for direct phone conversation with a professional concerning your specific issue at no charge, for all additional time you will get 50% discount off of professional normal rate. The professional will visit your site for one hour for all new projects at no-charge (allow 2 to 4 days for all one on one project site visits).
GCC PARTNERS– as a member you will have access to purchase all ecological friendly products that’s having a positive impact around the world that covers one’s health and wellness to cleaning your home. GCC will give you access to our partners for a discount of 25% off their original price. Any facilities or developments “Hotels, Exclusive Properties, etc. that GCC has developed as a member you will receive 25% discount off current market value for a lifetime of your membership; again as we grow your membership grows in value.
